چکیده
The present investigation describes the spontaneous pathological lesions in urinary bladders (n = 177) of slaughtered buffaloes collected from Northern India. Gross examination revealed congestion, haemorrhages, oedematous changes and thickening mucosa. Microscopically, epithelial abnormalities, inflammatory neoplastic conditions were noticed. Epithelial abnormalities included hyperplasia, von Brunn’s nests, cystitis cystica glandularis. Inflammatory such as haemorrhages Cystitis was classified lymphocytic, plasmo-lymphocytic, follicular interstitial types. However, only single case haemangiosarcoma observed. Polymerase chain reaction presence DNA BPV-1 one sample out 21, while showed both BPV-2. On immunohistochemistry, Ki-67 expression observed plasmo-lymphocytic with immunostaining restricted to nuclei. COX-2 each flat nest, two cases cystitis. Among component lesions, it diffused cytoplasmic type occasional perinuclear staining particularly membrane. immunoreactivity noticed well connective tissue stroma. In conclusion, may be stated that a number occasionally neoplasms. Further studies explore infectious non-infectious etiologies should undertaken.

Background: Dictyocaulus viviparus nematode is the cause of severe bronchitis in dairy animals which lead to significant economic losses in the industry of this type of livestock. The present study aimed to determine the incidence of D. viviparous, a highly endemic parasite in cattle and water buffaloes in Guilan province, Iran. متن کامل[Spontaneous urinary bladder perforation after pediatric cystoplasty].
OBJECTIVE The spontaneous cystoplasty perforation is a serious and potentially fatal problem if a delay in diagnosis and treatment occurs. We pretend: 1) to look for prevention analyzing the risk factors, 2) to identify the main data of diagnostic suspicion and 3) to evaluate the result of the treatments done. MATERIAL AND METHODS Out of 30 children with cystoplasty 5 of them have presented 8...
متن کاملSpontaneous, idiopathic urinary bladder perforation--case report.

In many cases the medical history, physical examination, and additional tests raise false suspicion of gastrointestinal perforation. The study presented a case of a female patient with spontaneous urinary bladder perforation, paying particular attention to ...
متن کاملPremalignant Lesions of Urinary Bladder Mucosae
Premalignant lesions of mucosae urinary bladder are flat, noninvasive lesions of urothelium such as atypical hyperplasia/dysplasia and nonpapillary carcinoma in situ (CIS). The aim of this study was to identify association between premalignant lesions and subsequent invasive carcinoma. The study includes 60 patients with diagnosed noninvasive superficial and invasive bladder tumors. Our examina...
متن کاملAdult urinary bladder tumors with rabdomyosarcomatous differentiation: Clinical, pathological and immunohistochemical studies
Adult rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS) in the urinary bladder is rare, and is the subject of case reports and small series. It consists of sheets of small round blue cells with high nuclear cytoplasmic ratio, brisk mitosis and apoptosis. In this study, we reported one case of pure rhabdomyosarcoma and two cases of urothelial carcinomas with extensive rhabdomyosarcomatous differentiation. In addition, the...
